What we collect

When you submit an order or a custom request, we collect the name, email, phone, and design or product details you enter. That message is sent to our shop by email, through a service that routes it and keeps a log, and we keep it as a record so we can prepare your proof, price it, and fill your order. We use it for that and nothing else, and we do not sell it.

Our site has no accounts, no logins, and no checkout. It does not take payment or collect card numbers. When your order is ready to bill, we send you an invoice and you pay us directly.

If you email or call us, we keep that message so we can answer it and help with your order.

Cookies and tracking

We count visits with our own privacy-respecting, self-hosted analytics (Umami, running on our server). It sets no cookies, keeps no personal data, and does not track you across other sites. It also records an anonymous count when a request form is submitted, with no personal information attached.

We advertise on platforms like Facebook and Google. When we run those ads, we use their standard measurement tools to see how the ads perform. Those tools may set their own cookies and collect standard device and browsing information when you visit, and that data is handled under each platform’s own privacy policy. You can limit this in your Facebook and Google account settings and through your browser.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone else for marketing. The only outside party in the loop is the carrier that ships your order, which needs your shipping address to deliver it.
