Shipping

• Shipping to the lower 48 is included in the price. No surprise freight later.
• Every piece is made to order and ships in about 2 weeks. Powder-coated pieces take a little longer.
• For Alaska, Hawaii, or a larger custom piece, reach out and we’ll quote shipping.
• You’ll get tracking by email the day it leaves the shop.

Returns

• You have 14 days from delivery to return a non-personalized piece. It needs to come back unused and in its original condition, and return shipping is on you.
• Personalized and custom orders, meaning anything cut to your name, numbers, text, or your own design or dimensions, are final sale, since we make them just for you. We send you a proof to approve before we cut, so nothing goes to the laser until you sign off on it.

Damaged in transit

Steel is tough, but shipping happens. If your piece shows up damaged or defective, we’ll make it right and replace it free. Just reach out within 14 days with a photo.
